The Glen Rock Pops Orchestra enriches the cultural life of Glen Rock and surrounding communities with live music.   Because of generous financial support from people like you, the Pops has a long history of giving outstanding concerts in and for the community!

Whether performing concerts or nurturing the next generation of musicians, The Glen Rock Pops, a registered 501-3c, relies on donations and fund raising for its operational budget. There are many ways you can help us raise the money we need to keep the orchestra flourishing.

Sponsor a Concert – Underwriting a free concert in the Pops season is an excellent way to demonstrate a commitment to enriching the cultural life of the community. Your name, company, or organization’s name and/or logo will be prominently featured in our concert programs as well as being recognized from the stage.
Concert sponsorships start at $750.00 per concert.

Sponsor the Conductor’s Podium – The role of the Music Director/ Conductor is as complex as it is vital. Sponsoring the podium for a year offers a unique, personalized connection between the sponsor and Music Director Anthony LaGruth. Donors will be recognized in our concert programs.
Sponsor the Podium for $500.00/ Year.

Sponsor a Musical Chair – Sponsoring a musical chair (First Cello, First Trumpet, First Flute, etc.) provides an opportunity to know more about the orchestra from the inside out. Chairs can be designated in the sponsor’s name, family’s name, company name, or named in honor of or in memory of a loved one.
Sponsor a musical chair for $200.00 /Year.

Purchasing Music – By sponsoring the purchase of a piece of music, your name, or the name of anyone whom you choose (dedicated to or in memory of) will appear in the printed program. Ask about details regarding available titles.
Sponsor the purchase of a piece of music for $150.00.

Traveling Piano Fund – The Pops needs to purchase an electric/digital piano for outdoor concerts which is a popular venue throughout northern New Jersey in the orchestra in the summer. The goal of this effort is $1,000. A minimum donation of $500.00 offers the donor naming rights (plaque affixed to the piano and a one-half page credit in the printed program).

Sponsorships of the electric/ digital Piano are available in $200.00 increments.

Support Schoolhouse Pops – To encourage interest in instrumental music the Pops will be performing a side-by-side concert with Glen Rock elementary school students. After the concert, there will be an instrument “petting zoo” opportunity that would allow Pops musicians to answer questions from students who are considering what instrument they might want to learn to play.
